November 15th, 2016 saw the Los Angeles premiere of LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED? – the debut feature of award-winning filmmaker Kim “Rocco” Shields.  LOVE is based on her short film that features a young girl who is bullied in a world where the majority of people are homosexual, and those that are heterosexual are considered “gay”.

The feature film has a star-studded cast that centers around Jude Klein (Briana Evigan – Step Up 2: The Streets), captain of her college women’s football team, and her blossoming relationship with Ryan (Tyler Blackburn – Pretty Little Liars), a journalist and fraternity pledge. Jeremy Sisto, Elizabeth Rohm, Emily Osment, Ana Ortiz, and Leonard Roberts also star.

The film kicked off it’s launch with a multi-city bus tour in cities where hate crimes were committed, starting in Topeka, Kansas across from the infamous Westborough Baptist Church.  The tour will end with a limited theatrical run across the country, and immediately afterwards, will be available on iTunes, Amazon Video and Google Play. The goal is to build a grass-roots campaign and possibly make the film available to schools to screen for their students.
